Scott had the initial idea for this bike park last winter. Months of planning and sourcing the location, materials, and community support allowed Thornhill to follow through with this dream of his, to make Calgary's first dirt jump park.

After 10 days of machine digging, the four-person build crew had finished the line, with weeks of hand digging and months of riding afterwards to get the line ridden in properly.

Unfortunately, the 'Land Renter' at the time moved elsewhere and left me and Scott with a bike park, but no permission to ride. We worked with the city to attempt insuring the jumps because Scott's original intention was to open a public park for everybody to ride.

Fortunately, the new Renter was stoked on the bike park, and let us finish the project but the jumps have since been torn down, and all we have to show for our work is this video.
